Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup pineapple-coconut juice
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
- Place the frozen fruit in the bottom of a blender, Vita Mix, or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
- Pour the pineapple coconut juice over the fruit.
- Top with the yogurt and puree until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
