Pumpkin Smoothies

Pumpkin Smoothies

Pumpkin smoothies are the perfect drink for Thanksgiving morning or any time you're in the mood for pumpkin. These smoothies taste just like pumpkin pie.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 whole graham cracker
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • cinnamon for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place pumpkin puree, frozen pineapple in the bottom of a blender or food processor.

  2. Top with orange juice, yogurt, brown sugar and graham cracker.

  3. Puree until smooth, stopping to press pineapple down into the blades of the blender, if necessary.

  4. Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Makes 2 servings.
