Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation:
- Place the ice in the bottom of a blender or Vita Mix.
- Add remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
