- 3 cups milk
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups quick or old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup cinnamon chips
- In a medium saucepan, bring milk and salt to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Stir in oatmeal. Cook 1 minute for quick-cooking oatmeal, 5 minutes for old-fashioned oatmeal, until oatmeal absorbs most of the milk.
- Remove from heat. Spoon into 3 bowls. Top each bowl with some sliced bananas and cinnamon chips.
