Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Chocolate Chip Streusel Filling
This cream cheese pound cake recipe is rich, moist and oh so tasty. The orange juice gives this pound cake a really fresh burst of flavor.Prep Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 10-14 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 18.5 oz. French vanilla cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan or tube pan.
- With an electric mixer, beat cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, orange juice, oil and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix together chocolate chips, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of this mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with half of the cake mix batter. Sprinkle remaining streusel mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter on top, spreading with a spatula to cover streusel filling completely.
- Bake 38-45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes. Invert. Cool completely.
