These cranberry cookies are enrobed in a dark chocolate dough and dotted with white chocolate chips. Can you say yummy? Oh yes!

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- in a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar together with an electric mixer until creamy. Add vanilla and egg, and beat until well-combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk together baking soda, flour, and cocoa powder. Add to butter mixture, beating with electric mixer.
- Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets approximately 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
