Guide Review - Bakers Edge Brownie Pan Is the Coolest Baking Pan on the Market

I thought I was the only person who coveted the corners of brownies and bar cookies. Turns out there are a lot of people like me.

So naturally, somebody had to invent a brownie pan that would give us what we wanted: Two edges on every brownie.

High-End Functionality at a Bargain Price

But the Baker's Edge Brownie Pan is much more than just a funky-looking brownie pan. It is a highly-efficient bakeware tool that offers the kind of high-end functionality you'd normally associate with a Le Creuset or All-Clad product.

Because the pan has interior walls, heat is distributed more evenly throughout the batter. That makes for more even (and frequently faster) cooking.

What's more, the nonstick surface is made of heavy gauge cast aluminum.

In my tests, I found it to be far superior to typical nonstick pans coated with Teflon or Tefal in releasing food from the pan. In fact, the Baker's Edge pan far outperformed my silicone pans in releasing the stickiest of baked goods: marshmallows.

The only downside to this pan is that you have to wash it by hand. But cleaning it is truly a cinch. I have forgotten to grease the pan on several occasions. And not only didn't the brownies stick to the pan, but washing it was as easy as swiping it with a sudsy sponge. No soaking or scraping needed.

In short, there is nothing I would change about this product. Highly recommended.
