These chocolate raspberry pudding tarts are ridiculously easy to make - so easy, in fact, the kids can make this recipe all by themselves. There's no cooking or baking required. I like to make my own chocolate pudding with my signature, three-ingredient no-cook recipe (hint: it starts with Greek yogurt), but feel free to use a store-bought or even an instant chocolate pudding for this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 6-count package of mini graham cracker tart shells
- 2 cups prepared chocolate pudding (store-bought, homemade or prepared instant chocolate pudding)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Preparation:
- Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into each tart shell (fill them so the pudding is rounded high on top). Smooth with the back of your spoon.
- Top each pudding tart with 2-3 fresh raspberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
