Chocolate Raspberry Pudding Tarts

Stephanie Gallagher
These chocolate raspberry pudding tarts are ridiculously easy to make - so easy, in fact, the kids can make this recipe all by themselves. There's no cooking or baking required. I like to make my own chocolate pudding with my signature, three-ingredient no-cook recipe (hint: it starts with Greek yogurt), but feel free to use a store-bought or even an instant chocolate pudding for this recipe.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 6-count package of mini graham cracker tart shells
  • 2 cups prepared chocolate pudding (store-bought, homemade or prepared instant chocolate pudding)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation:

  1. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into each tart shell (fill them so the pudding is rounded high on top). Smooth with the back of your spoon.

  2. Top each pudding tart with 2-3 fresh raspberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
