- 8 whole graham crackers
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 5.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 large banana
- Place graham crackers in a food processor, and pulse until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
- Pour the cold milk into a bowl. Whisk in the chocolate pudding mix until dissolved. Transfer to the refrigerator to thicken for 5 minutes.
- Slice bananas.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons each of chocolate pudding into four parfait glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs and a few banana slices. Repeat the layers, ending with the sliced bananas.
