- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter

- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Preparation:
- Place package of peanut butter cups in the freezer (this is optional, but it will keep them from melting into the cookies later).
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Whisk flour and baking soda together.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter and Nutella together until smooth. Beat in egg.
- Add the flour mixture, mixing until it forms a soft dough.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased miniature muffin tins.
- Using your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each ball of dough. Bake 8 minutes.
- While cookies are baking, remove peanut butter cups from freezer and unwrap.
- Remove cookies from oven, and immediately press a peanut butter cup in the center of each cookie. Allow to cool 5 minutes in the mini muffin tins.
