When you're craving something rich and chocolatey, this chocolate peanut butter pie recipe is just the ticket. A graham cracker crust is topped with a silky chocolate and peanut butter filling the whole family will love.
You can make this chocolate peanut butter pie in a pie pan or a tart pan.
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan or tart pan with cooking spray.
- Stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into prepared pie pan.
- Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter into a microwave-safe container. Heat on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and repeat until chocolate chips are completely melted.
- Pour filling into prepared crust. Cool, then chill completely in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
