Best Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe
This is one of the best pumpkin cheesecake recipes I make, because it's so simple and so tasty. This pumpkin cheesecake makes an excellent dessert for Halloween or ThanksgivingIngredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- whipped cream for garnish
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in pumpkin puree, sour cream, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and eggs until smooth.
- Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Bake 50-60 minutes until just set (filling will still be a little jiggly in the center).
- Turn off oven and leave pumpkin cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven, let cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
