Raspberry Smores

Smores aren't just for camping. These raspberry indoor s'mores are so easy you can make them in the toaster. You can use gourmet raspberry marshmallows or make your own homemade raspberry marshmallows.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 full-size graham crackers
  • 3 large raspberry marshmallows
  • 6 miniature (fun-size) chocolate bars

Preparation:

  1. Place an oven rack so that it is about 5 inches from the top of the oven.

  2. Preheat oven to broil. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

  3. Break each graham cracker into 4 pieces along perforated lines.

  4. Slice marshmallows in half lengthwise.

  5. Place one miniature chocolate bar on top of six of the graham crackers.

  6. Top each chocolate bar with half a raspberry marshmallow.

  7. Place open-faced smores on prepared cookie sheet. Slide the cookie sheet onto the top oven rack, and broil 2 minutes or until just toasty.

  8. Remove from oven immediately. Top with remaining graham cracker pieces.
Makes 6 mini indoor smores.
