S'mores

Smores are classic campfire food -- and for good reason: Everybody loves them! If you're feeling ambitious, try this smores recipe with homemade marshmallows (make the marshmallows a day in advance) or raspberry marshmallows. Yum!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate bars
  • 8 marshmallows

Preparation:

  1. Break graham crackers in half.

  2. Top eight of the graham cracker halves with half of a chocolate bar.

  3. Toast marshmallows over an open fire or grill.

  4. Place toasted marshmallows on top of chocolate bar halves and immediately top with remaining graham cracker halves.

  5. Squish to allow the chocolate to melt from the warmth of the toasted marshmallows. Let the s'mores sit for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to melt. Enjoy!
Makes 8 s'mores.
