Turkey Tenderloin Stuffing Bake
Ever want the taste of Thanksgiving without all the hassle? This turkey tenderloin stuffing bake will satisfy those cravings. It is super simple to prepare, and makes a quick alternative to a roasting a whole bird.Ingredients:
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 10 cups stuffing cubes
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning, divided
- kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb. turkey tenderloins
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 dish with cooking spray.
- Mix celery, onion, stuffing, chicken broth, butter and one teaspoon of the poultry seasoning together. Season with salt and pepper. Spread in prepared pan.
- Season turkey tenderloins with remaining poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Place on top of stuffing mixture in pan.
- Bake 45-50 minutes until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the turkey tenderloin reads 170 degrees.
