Ingredients:
- 2 10-inch flour tortillas or flatbreads (such as Flatout Wraps)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast (either leftover or deli turkey breast)
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 2 cups shredded smoked mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lay tortillas or flatbreads on a baking sheet side by side.
- Brush each with a little oil.
- Brush 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard over each.
- Top with turkey breast, bacon and smoked mozzarella.
- Bake 3-5 minutes in preheated oven or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
