Use this whole wheat pizza dough for everything from Thai chicken pizza to Mexican pizza.

Cook Time: 2 hours, 00 minute
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- tomato sauce, cheese, etc. for topping
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.
- Select the dough cycle.
- When the cycle is complete, lightly sprinkle a cutting board with flour. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead gently several times.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Divide dough in half. Stretch each half to a 12-inch round.
- Brush crust with olive oil. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and/or desired toppings.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until the crust is cooked through, and the cheese is bubbly.
