This hummus dip is one of those uber-healthy snack recipes that is loaded with protein, vitamins and fiber. Even better: This hummus is a cinch to put together -- it's all made in the food processor. And you can make this healthy snack recipe in advance, and munch on it all week long.

I like to serve this hummus with pita chips, carrot sticks, celery or red bell pepper strips. My youngest likes to eat hummus with tortilla chips (try blue corn tortilla chips or multi-grain tortilla chips for variety).
