This healthy popcorn recipe starts with air-popped or stovetop popcorn (I like to make it in my Whirley Pop Popcorn Popper). The popcorn is then tossed with a little butter and nutritional yeast.

Nutritional yeast is not the same thing as active dry yeast. It's full of B vitamins and amino acids - look for it in health food stores. But the best part is it has a cheesy, nutty flavor. So this popcorn tastes almost like cheese popcorn.
