Bologna and Cheese Rollups

Bologna and Cheese Rollups

Whether you're throwing a party, or you just want to jazz up everyday bologna and cheese, these rollups are a great finger food for kids.

For a Hollywood or Oscar-themed party, they become "red carpet" rollups. (Get it? Red from the bologna?) For lunch, they're just fun finger food. Or serve them as an appetizer while the kids are waiting for dinner. Use your favorite mustard for a dipping sauce.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bologna
  • 4 unwrapped cheese sticks
  • mustard for dipping

Preparation:

  1. Lay one slice of bologna on a plate. Top with a cheese stick. Roll the bologna around the cheese stick, jelly-roll style.

  2. Cut into thirds. Secure with toothpicks.

  3. Repeat with remaining bologna slices and cheese sticks. Serve with your favorite mustard as a dipping sauce.
Makes 2 servings.
