Stromboli Recipe
Most stromboli recipes are made with ingredients you'd find in a pizza, like tomato sauce, cheese, peppers, and olives. This stromboli recipe is made with deli ingredients, making this stromboli more like a deli sandwich in an easy-to-eat stromboli form.Serve this stromboli warm or cold.

Ingredients:
- 1 13.8 oz. refrigerated pizza crust, such as Pillsbury
- 1-2 Tbsp. Dijon or regular mustard
- 1/4 lb. extra lean deli corned beef
- 1/4 lb. deli turkey breast
- 1/4 lb. sliced swiss cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unfold pizza crust and flatten to about a 12 x 16 inch rectangle.
- Spread mustard over crust in a thin layer. (Hint: Start with 1 tablespoon and if it looks too bare, add more.)
- Layer deli meats and cheeses over half of the crust, leaving the other half plain. Fold plain crust over deli meat. Make 3 slits in the top of the stromboli with a knife to allow steam to escape.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
