Tuna Pasta Salad

Tuna Macaroni Salad

Stephanie Gallagher

This tuna macaroni salad can be made with elbow macaroni, farfalle or any short pasta. I like to make this recipe for lunches, but it also makes a great picnic or potluck recipe. Use oil-packed tuna for this pasta salad, as the oil is necessary to give the dressing the proper consistency.

I appreciated that your recipe said to mix the mayo, mustard, and lemon separately. I didn't like the mustard taste of all, so I threw out that mixture and just used mayo with a dash of lemon juice on top. A great summer dish.
