Grilled corn on the cob tastes like summer to me. Sweet, with just a hint of smokiness, this recipe is everything that eating outdoors should be: easy, relaxing and rich with flavor. The grilling process really brings out the corn's natural sugars in a lovely way. I like to serve this corn on the cob with one of my flavored butter recipes. The herb butter and garlic butter are my family's favorites.
