Grilled Corn

Stephanie Gallagher
Grilled corn on the cob tastes like summer to me. Sweet, with just a hint of smokiness, this grilled corn on the cob goes well with everything from bacon cheeseburgers to BBQ chicken.

And unlike many grilled corn recipes, this one is made with the husks off.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 ears fresh corn
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • kosher salt

Preparation:

  1. Prepare grill.

  2. Remove husks and silks of corn.

  3. Brush each ear of corn with one tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Wrap 2-3 ears of corn together in foil, allowing space between the ears. Seal tightly around the edges. Puncture the foil packets with a skewer several times to allow steam to escape.

  5. Grill corn, turning frequently with tongs, 18-25 minutes.

  6. Unwrap carefully to allow steam to escape.
Serve immediately.
