Fruit Kabobs

Stephanie Gallagher
You can make these fruit kabobs are simple or as fancy as you like. If you have extra time, use a melon baller to make the cantaloupe into nice round balls. And feel free to vary the fruit, depending on what's in season and what looks good at the market.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cantaloupe chunks
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks

Preparation:

  1. Place cantaloupe and pineapple chunks, alternating, on four skewers. Serve with fruit dip if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
