This spiced pecans recipe (also sometimes called praline pecans) makes a great holiday munchie or snack anytime. These pecans are sweet, but not sticky sweet. I like to make a big batch of these pecans and send them to the kids at camp, too.

Yield: 8-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2-1/4 cups pecan halves
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk egg white, vanilla, sugars, cinnamon and sea salt together until well-combined. Add pecans, stirring to coat pecans well. Pour spiced pecans onto prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.
- Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to make sure pecans are well coated with spice mixture. When pecans are crunchy and dry, they're done. Let pecans cool completely. Store spiced pecans in an airtight container.
