Black Bean Dip
Black bean dip makes a tasty and healthy appetizer or snack anytime. I like to serve this black bean dip with raw carrots and tortilla chips.Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can black beans
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
Preparation:
- Drain and rinse black beans.
- Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor, fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread triangles, carrot sticks and celery sticks.
