The combination of carrot sticks and peanut butter is surprisingly delicious. Crunchy, sweet carrot sticks are topped with creamy peanut butter in this healthy snack that will keep you going all afternoon.

If you don't want to cut the carrots yourself, just use pre-cut baby carrots, which you can find in the produce section of your local supermarket.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 large carrots, washed, trimmed and scraped
  • 4 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter


  1. Cut carrots into 2-inch pieces. Or use pre-cut baby carrots.

  2. Spread each carrot piece with a little peanut butter. Enjoy!
Serves 2.
