This recipe for deviled eggs is a favorite for parties, holidays and potlucks. Be sure to use dry ranch salad dressing, not bottled salad dressing, for this recipe.
If you're making these for a crowd, use a food processor to mix the filling. It will give the yolks a nice, smooth texture.

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- paprika for garnish
Preparation:
- Place eggs in a saucepan in a single layer. Cover with water by one inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover, and remove eggs from heat. Let eggs stand 13 minutes, covered. Transfer eggs to an ice bath or run under cold water and peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks. Add mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix and mustard to egg yolks. Mix well. Spoon into egg white shells. Garnish with paprika.
