All of the flavors of a Reuben sandwich come together in this creamy hot Rueben dip recipe. Serve this Reuben dip with crackers.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. chopped corned beef
- 16 oz. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pepper relish (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with crackers or rye toast.
