Ingredients:
- 2 10 oz. packages broccoli slaw mix
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup Asian-flavored tortilla chips (such as Fresh Express; or use regular tortilla chips and break up)
- sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- For Dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation:
- Toss broccoli slaw and raisins together in a large salad bowl.
- Whisk together ingredients for dressing. Pour over broccoli salad. Just before serving,add tortilla strips and top with sesame seeds.
