This broccoli slaw recipe comes together in no time. Asian-flavored tortilla chips add a nice crunch and slight saltiness to this recipe for broccoli slaw salad.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 10 oz. packages broccoli slaw
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup Asian-flavored tortilla chips (such as Fresh Express; or use regular tortilla chips and break up)
- For Dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation:
- Toss broccoli slaw, carrots and raisins together in a large salad bowl.
- Just before serving, top with tortilla strips.
- Whisk together ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad.
