- 16 oz. short-cut pasta, such as farfalle
- 1 medium seedless cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup diced yellow pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1-2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2-3/4 cups Greek salad dressing (such as Newman's Own)
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Toss pasta with remaining ingredients.
