Thanksgiving Pies

There is no better way to end Thanksgiving dinner than with one of these easy Thanksgiving pies. And the best part is you don't have to be a baker to make any of these recipes. Many start with a frozen or refrigerated pie crust (which is, frankly, the hardest job of making any pie), and even the ones that call for a homemade crust are super simple to prepare.

I'll share with you my recipes for all the classics - pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie, etc. - plus some new twists on old favorites. And don't worry about the chocolate-lovers. There are plenty of great choices for them, too.

• Pumpkin Pie Recipe - This is my go-to recipe for a basic, easy pumpkin pie. Although you can substitute half and half or whole milk for the cream, the pie won't be as rich if you do. I recommend you go for the cream. It's Thanksgiving, after all.
