Sweetened dried cranberries and apples give this savory Crockpot stuffing recipe a punch of sweetness that pairs perfectly with roast turkey. Because this stuffing cooks all day, it's best to use a dry stuffing mix, rather than fresh, day-old bread cubes. The fresh bread cubes can absorb too much liquid and make the stuffing too mushy.
