The first step in learning how to make chocolate-covered strawberries is to gather all of your ingredients together. You will need:
- 12 oz. good-quality semisweet or dark chocolate (either a bar, chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
You will also need a baking sheet, waxed paper and a microwave-safe bowl.
